Valerie Plis, Master Certified Career Coach, Strengths Coach, and founder of the Job Search Ministry Network, has over 20 years experience in Human Resources including Employee Relations, Training & Development, and Career Planning & Development. Valerie spent 14 years with a Cincinnati-based job-skills training company. In late 2002 she began the planning and deployment of a new career development initiative where she served as Vice President until her resignation in January of 2009. Valerie has presented nationally on the area of assessments, authentic vocation, and job-search mechanics for state and national organizations such as the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, National Rehabilitation Association, Project SEARCH, Transition Conference, various professional associations, local job search support groups, and many more!
